- New Hope Clubhouse is excited to announce their 4th Annual Stomp Out the Stigma 5K run/walk. The event will be held on Saturday, September 10th, 2016 at Bixler Lake Park in Kendallville, IN. Last year’s event drew over 130 participants from around the area.The goal of the event is to build awareness and understanding about mental illness and to break through the stigma associated with it. Funds raised from the event will be used to continue the growth of the audio/video technology unit at the Kendallville Clubhouse. The technology unit provides training and educational resources for Clubhouse members which assists them in GED completion, building job skills, as well as locating employment opportunities.
