Join us for the second annual Total Life Fitness Challenge at Mohegan Sun, a new feature of the Total Life Expo, eastern Connecticut's most comprehensive health and wellness fair.

 The Challenge features 2 miles of intensity, including running, stairs, climbing walls, tire run, hay bale hurdles, assorted fitness stations, and more. 

Proceeds from this event support Channel 3 Kids Camp, a year-round camp with programs that promote leadership, diversity and integrity with activities that broaden self-esteem, communication and respect for others. 

Challengers who sign up before September 1 will be guaranteed a free dry-fit t-shirt! 

A donation to participate in the challenge is suggested, but not required.

Event details and schedule

Parking: Valet park at the Sky Entrance or use the Riverview garage. Shuttles will take you from the Sky Valet entrance to the course. 

Check-in runs from 7:45 to 8:45 AM. Race starts at 9 AM. 

T-shirts will be given out from 10 to 11 AM at the Convention Center, where you can also attend the Total Life Expo for free! 

If using military registration option, be prepared to show military ID at check-in.
