• 5K Run / Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles

Join us for the 3rd Annual Run, Walk or Roll: Take the Next Step 5K presented by Next Step Ministries. This event serves the dual purpose of raising funds in support of our programs and educating the public about our Ministries' vital role in the community. A great family opportunity, the course takes you twice around an all-asphalt loop of the property at First Baptist Church of Woodstock. It is easy enough for beginners, yet challenging for the competitive runner in you and the early morning start time ensures you have the rest of your Saturday free.

Next Step Ministries is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Woodstock, Georgia. Our goal is to provide therapeutic day programs for individuals with special needs. Caregivers and family members are able to spend their day at work or rest while knowing their loved one is reaching their full potential in a loving and safe Christian environment.

Entry fee includes t-shirt and goodie bag for all participants.

Check-In on Race Day: 7:00am - 7:45am

Race Time: 8:00am

Fun group warm-up time.

Leashed dogs welcome.

Water stations at 1 and 2 mile markers; bottled water and fresh fruit at race end. 

Medals presented to Top overall Male and Female finishers, and Top 3 Male and Female finishers in each age group immediately following the race.
