The 1st annual Sugar Free 5K takes place in a scenic park during the month of September. It will be held at Northwest Regional Park in Owings Mills MD. This 5K race brought to you by BPM and managed by I Am Fitness will attract partipants of all ages and fitness levels. This a BPM fundraiser and we are raising awareness about diabetes in the community.  This event also includes a pre-race stretch, community expo, and post-race festival complete with music and food vendors.

Medals are given for the fastest three male and female 5K finishers overall

Door prizes will be awarded

Trophies will be awarded for most money raised by an individual and most money raised by a team.

Participants receive a complimentary T shirt, water on the course and post-race refreshments.
