As local residents, it is our privilege to host Long Island’s premier OCR!   We help bring athletes, friends and families together to have the outdoor time of their life!  Crossing the finish line of this event brings tremendous pride and accomplishment whether you finish first or last.  Everyone feels like a winner!  We have some of the most innovative obstacles to challenge you.  Survival of the water, mud, foam, slime, and the 5k Adventure run are just a few!  Invite your family and friends to race as part of your team,  or to watch you compete from our spectator areas.   Athletes of all abilities are welcome.  Our signature “Choose your own path” (Green Circle and Black Diamond) allows participants to test their own limits.  Heats are limited!  This race will be an untimed event.  Please visit our website for additional information.

Event details and schedule

Heats will run every half hour.  Within this half hour, racers will be let off in groups to spread them out.  Sign up for the time slot that is best for you.

The 9:00 AM time slot is an Elite Heat.  This heat is the most competitive heat of the race and registration will be limited.  

Valid ID is required along with a signed Waiver of Realease.
