Safety: No headphones, pets, baby joggers, bicycles, scooters, skateboards or rollerblades are allowed in the 5K/10K Run. Strollers and leashed pets allowed for the 5K walk…starting and staying at the back of the race.
Kids Fun Run is FREE: 50 yards (2-3 yrs.), 100 yards (4-5 yrs.), ½ mile (6+ years). Sorry NO shirts, but it’s FREE. Kids will receive a bib and finisher ribbon.
Kids Race Day Registration: 7:30 – 7:45am at the Ute Pass Cultural Center – 210 East Midland Avenue
Kids Fun Run start time: 8:00am
5K and 10K start time: 8:30am
Family Discounts: When one family member signs up for this event at the cost of $20.00, up to three additional members can sign up at a $5.00 discount or $15.00/each
5K Teams: Coed – at least one female of a 4 member team. Placement will be determined as a cross country team.

Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup: From 7:00am to 8:15am on race day at the Ute Pass Cultural Center – 210 East Midland Avenue. Race day registration: $25.00.
Packet Pickup: Woodland Park Parks and Recreation – Monday through Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm beginning August 3rd through August 7th.
5K Walkers Information: Fun Walker division at the 5K distance is a popular event for both the serious and casual walker.
Awards: The best overall male and female racer in the 5K and 10K division will receive a trophy. Medals will be presented to the top male and female in the following age groups for both the 5K and 10K: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Course: Runners and fun walkers who like a challenge will enjoy this unique course at an altitude of 8,500 feet through Woodland Park. Run on paved road through the rolling wooded countryside along Rampart Range Road, Kelley’s Road and Centennial Trail.

Directions: From Colorado Springs take highway 24 west 20 miles to Woodland Park. In Woodland Park, turn right at the 4th traffic light (Fairview Avenue). Park I the back lot of the Ute Pass Cultural Center.
