Join us in promoting healthy lifestyle choices.  The prevention fair and 5K run  3K/5K walk includes activities for the whole family that show how simple lifestyle changes can improve your health.  Live fitness demonstrations, music, healthy food samples, free screenings, and amazing raffle prizes.

All proceeds from this event will benefit the Feather River Hospital Diabetes Education and Scholarship fund.   The Diabetes Education program at Feather River hospital helps patients thrive and survive through group diabetes education classes, individual assessments and monthly diabetes support group meetings.  For more information contact us at 530 876-7297.
