Our Forbes Field 5K course, professionally certified by the USA Track & Field and Road Running Technical Council - Cert. Code KS08039BG, is FLAT and FAST! Some of the best times have been recorded in this event, year after year.

Event details and schedule

Event starts at 8:00 am Saturday September 24th 2016. Preregistration is available until Monday September 19th, after that a late fee of $3 will apply.

Registration is available on the day of the race between 6:45 am and 7:45 am.
Ample parking is available on Southeast Forbes Avenue, outside of Hangar #602 at the Combat Air Museum

This course will be timed for all 5K and 10K Runners. Shoelace chips will need to be laced in for the timed event. Chips will be distributed to all registrants on the day of the race.

4K Walkers will not be timed

10K runners will run the course twice

Participants will be required to wear their assigned race number, visible on their front side during the event

Pre-registration race packets will be available for pick-up at the Combat Air Museum Friday, September 23 from 9:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m.

Water stations will be available. Drink plenty of fluids the morning of the race
