Pretzel Twist...

• 5K Run / Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles

The Pretzel Twist 5k begins and ends at the Lititz recCenter. Showers & restrooms are available. Awards will be staged at the Lititz Springs Pool- a post-race party including family swimming (weather permitting).
Goodie bags and tech shirts will be provided to each racer (while supplies last) and must be picked up on morning of race. Pre-registration guarantees a tech shirt.
Awards to the top overall male & female runners 1st place - $100  2nd place $75 and            
3rd place $50
Master's (40 and over) 1st place - $50 (no duplication of awards)

The course will be rolling and flat around farmlands and on macadam trail.
