Fit 4 Fun 2016: A Free Family Fun Event

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

 - Fit 4 Fun is an annual, free family fun, event helping people move, learn, and connect with their community. This engaging event includes a 1 mile and 3 mile run or walk, in addition to various activities including Zumba, line dancing, yoga, obstacle-courses and guided bike rides through the North Minneapolis bike trails.

Other activities include healthy eating tips and cooking demonstrations, health screenings, and interaction with other community partners who also support an active lifestyle. More than a fitness event, this year’s theme is food justice, highlighting the ways food impacts our wellbeing through interactive educational stations.
