7/20 Memorial Run...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

Prestige Fitness and the 7/20 Memorial Foundation are teaming up to organize a 5k. All proceeds for this event will go towards funding the completion of the Reflection Memorial Garden to honor those who have been affected by the Aurora theatre shootings. The Memorial Garden will be constructed at the Aurora Xeriscape Garden behind City Hall in Aurora. It will provide a serene and beautiful space where the community can remember loved ones, seek comfort, celebrate strength, and find hope. Event details and schedule

Time: The race will start at 8 am. Please arrive at least a half hour early to allow time for finding a parking spot, and signing in at the restrigration tent. Runners may park in designated parking spots.

Date: October 1, 2016

Location: Cherry Creek State Park

Course info: the course will be mapped out by flag markers to guide runners in the proper direction

Please bring a valid photo ID, and a print out of your registration confirmation form.

Please wear comfortable, moisture-wicking clothing, running shoes, a sun brim if needed, sunglasses, and bring a water bottle.

We ask that you do NOT bring any weapons, drug paraphernalia, sharp objects, or any other contraband items.
