• 5K Run / Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles

The Jog For Dogs 5K Run & Walk is a unique, family-friendly event that takes place on a very pleasant, loop course around the beautiful campus of Nova South Eastern University in Davie, Florida. With comfortable Fall weather, and a fun atmosphere, this is a great event for experienced runners and complete novices alike - plus everyone in between! Proceeds of the event will be shared between Best Friends Animal Sanctuary's Guardian Angel Sponsorship Program, and the Humane Society of Broward County. Teams are encouraged to represent local animal rescue organizations with a percentage of race registration fee going to the rescue of their choice! A post-race entertainment area is also great fun for participants and friends of participants as well.

Packet Pick Up (pre-race day) Thursday and Friday, Venue TBD

Packet Pick-Up (race day) 6:15am onwards

RACE BEGINS : 7:30AM

There is ample on-site parking and a parking map will be issued closer to the day of the event. Please make sure to arrive in ample time before the start of the event especially if you are picking your race packet up!

Florida is very warm all year round so please hydrate well before the race. Water stations are located at every mile marker and water is available before and after the race. Please dress in light clothing, hats are recommended and DON'T FORGET YOUR SUNSCREEN!

Awards to top three finishers in both female and male divisions, and to top three teams. Top three in each age category in five year increments. Medals are awarded to all participants!
