Evans County 4H 5k Trail Run...

• 5K Trail Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

Get ready to put on those running shoes and come out and join us for the First Annual 4-H Trail Run on Saturday, October 1 , 2016 at 8:00 AM. Join us for a morning of fun as we raise funds for the Evans County 4-H Program to help provide for programs and activities that the students can participate in as they learn how to be future leaders in their community and work place. This is an exciting trail run that shows cases our beautiful Evans County Public Fishing Area. Come run or stroll the trails as you enjoy the quiet beauty of nature all around you. The race trail offers gorgeous views of the park’s three fishing ponds as it circles in and out of the trees along the banks of the ponds and over the pond dam. The trail is a well-maintained pine straw surfaced path that can be wet in spots, but proves to be fun for racers of any level. Come for the race, bring a picnic lunch, stay and fish and make it a family day.

Race day registration will be available as long as spots are available. At this time this event is being limited to 100 participants.
