Race to the Finish 5K...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles
• Kids Marathon:- Kids Run

Come enjoy a unique 5K race course right in Lexington. Half of the course is on the road, half is on the trail. The entire course is run on the Northside Baptist Church property starting in the front on pavement, looping around the church to the relatively flat trail portion that runs around the sports area. No cars to dodge, no intersections to run through.  We will offer a "satellite" option so people around the country and around the globe can "Race to the Finish" with you no matter where they live. We will finish the race activities with a Kids Marathon where children can run 25 miles on their on over a few weeks and finish the final 1.2 miles on our campus by running through the finish line while we cheer them on.

We will also have a few inflatables for kids to play on if they are not running either of the events. 

This race is to raise funds for our Missions Ministry that spreads the word of Christ around the world.

Feel free to run or walk this course. Not sure you can complete a 5K - no problem, you will see the course makes two passes close to the finish line. 

This course is sure to bring a smile to your face as you will run past many inspiring signs.  But don't get too familiar with the loop.  We will be making some changes to the course for next year's race that will be awesome.

Event details and schedule

Packet pick up will begin at 6:30 with the 5K race starting at 8:00 and the Kids Marathon starting at 8:40.

Parking will be available on the Northside Baptist Church Campus.
