Missionpointe's vision is to reach the homeless and those in need with the gospel of Christ. We are committed to restoring broken lives, families, and dreams through the message of hope, love, and forgiveness.  Our passion is to reposition people through the Word of God into their divine purpose. 

We provide a weekly Saturday service which includes exciting worship and applicable messages, a hot meal (including a special Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other holiday meals), free clothing on the second and fourth Saturday of the month, and transportation to and from the Missionpointe Service.  We also provide a fun and educational experience in Children's Church for 3 - 11 years.

By participating in this event, you are positively impacting this ministry; 100% of 5K proceeds will go directly into the ministry (food/supplies, clothes closet improvements, gas/maintenance of vehicles, future purchase of one van/bus, shower trailer, etc). 

There will be no 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes, instead we will have a lot of giveaways from drawing bib numbers.

Event details and schedule

Packet Pick Up/Check in (includes T-Shirt & Bib):  Sept 30, 2016 from 6:00PM - 8:00PM at Sikes Lakes Trail under the Pavilion.

Packet Pick Up/Same Day Registration: Oct 1, 2016 at 6:30AM - 7:30AM

Fun Run/Walk begins at 8:00AM

Water stations will be located at mile 1 & 2.

Refreshments begin at 8:30AM

5K Give Aways & Announcements at various times

There will be other activities such as Zumba sessions, Face Painting, Clown with Balloons, Photographer, etc.  Fun for all!

No refunds, 100% of all proceeds go to this ministry.
