Are you in?  Join us on the evening of Sat., October 1st for a 10K, 5K and kids 1 mile fun run or walk at South Lake Parks in Denton, Texas. 

Well known therapy centers, AIRROSTI have partnered with TriSherpa Multisport Club to host a 10K, 5K and kids 1 mile fun run and event to share thier love of movement with all of you. All race levels, from walkers to elite athletes are welcome.

TriSherpa Multisport Club is a Denton based group of athletes that represent a unified body of athletes with a reputation as a PREMIER MULTI-SPORT CLUB in the North Texas Area; providing authentic, high quality training opportunities, affordable coaching options and an all-inclusive atmosphere.

In Observance of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, please take a moment to make a donation during your registration process to our non-profit organization, Dancers Against Cancer.  An organization that is close to the hearts of our TriSherpa family.

In 2015, According to the American Cancer Society an estimated 231,840 new cases of invasive breast cancer would have been diagnosed among US women.  That year, approximately 40,290 of those women were expected to die from breast cancer.

Elite Runners Racing for Cash 5K- $30 & 10K $35

Age Group 5K Racers - $25 & 10K $30

Kids 1 Mile (6 -9) $10

Kids 5 and under - Free

Race Schedule:

• Check in: begins at 7am
• Race Begins:  promptly at 8:00 am
• Awards:  9:30 am
• Event Wrap Up:  10:00 am

Packet Pick Up:   

• TBD
• Race Day Packet Pick Up available beginning at 7am 

Parking: is FREE - arrive in plenty of time to allow for walking time to check in. 

Race SWAG:  free fruit, snacks and drinks at finish, coffee bar, race medal, t-shirt, free finisher pictures, music, vendor fair, race bag FULL of vendor goodies!

ELITE runners racing for CASH: cash prize to male and female winner registered in this wave ($ amount will be determined later and based on the number of elite racers that register)

Awards: 

• Male/Female 5K, 10K: 3 deep each age group: 10–20, 21–30, 31–40, 41–50, 51–60, 60 and above, Clydesdale, Athena, Overall
• Kids Mile:  6 - 9
