The 5K Run with the Dogs! is a community fun run and dog walk to help benefit Revitalize Springfield and Coastal Pet Rescue. This run has definitely gone to the dogs - in the best way possible! Registrants are encouraged to bring their 4-legged running partners and enjoy the 5K course through Springfield. All dogs will be officially registered for the run/walk and will receive finisher charms for their collars and bandanas to take home and wear proudly. Every two-legged participant will also receive a finisher medal and t-shirt. Swag will be dog related items and fun treats. Watering stations will be set up along the route and roads will be closed to traffic in congested areas. There will be trophies for our top finishers, as well as a champion prize for the first dog to cross the finish line! We plan to have a rabies clinic available and will be hosting a pet adoption after the race, as well as a blanket and food drive d
