 _ 2016 Back on Track 5K Run/Walk:

Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine Associates is one of the oldest and largest neurosurgery, established practices in the country. To celebrate us serving the greater Charlotte community, we are hosting our second  “Back on Track 5K” walk/run event on Saturday, September 24th, at 8:00am.  

The 5K runs through beautiful Myers Park area. 

All proceeds from this event will help provide safe, affordable, home-away-from-home to families of children receiving medical care at The Ronald McDonald House. We hope you will join us in supporting The Ronald McDonald House and our Back On Track 5K event.
