Runners $20.00 (race bib with timer included)

Walkers $20.00

All participants receive a finisher’s medal

Awards given to top three finishers in each age group

All participants with race bib number are entered into random drawing for 4 tickets and limousine transportation to and from Yankee stadium for an upcoming game

Trivia:

Bissell Ferry connected South Windsor (east of the Connecticut River) to Windsor on the western bank.

After English settlement, homesteaders west of the river relied on John Bissell’s ferry to reach pasturelands on the east side in South Windsor.

The Bissell ferry operated from about 1633 to 1925.
