The inagural Biz Dash 5K is set to be St. Louis’ biggest office party. Join us on Thursday, September 15 at 7 p.m. for a scenic 5K route through the streets of downtown St. Louis. You can be a lunchroom legend in your office by beating that rival company across town. Or this may even be your opportunity to show the boss who’s really in charge by crossing the finish line first. All levels of runners and walkers are encouraged to participate for their “company team.” If your organization isn’t participating, you can still register as an individual and enjoy this one-of-a-kind event. Participants will receive cool event swag, complimentary drink tickets and access to the post-race tailgate party.

At the Biz Dash, you can promote health and wellness in the workplace while building team camaraderie - or just use it as an excuse to head outside for a fun night with friends and colleagues. Come join us for this memorable evening of friendly competition and networking.
