Description

- Show off your sustainable side as BREC celebrates all that is green and Earth friendly. There will be something for the whole family at this event including a 5k race, 1 mile fun-run and tons of activities and programs to help you and your family learn how to become better stewards of the Earth. Come show us how green you are and support BREC’s Geaux Green Campaign. Prizes for best “Green” costumes, more information about the day’s activities and races can be found at www.brec.org/ExtremeGreen.

Starts in the park using the new CAPP trail and crosses under the bridge to Penningtons campus.
