FETCH YOUR DOG FOR OUR 5TH ANNUAL K9-5K AND DOG WALK!

Join us Saturday, October 8, 2016 for a walk for homeless animals at Lacey Complex. This fundraiser helps us care for the hundreds of homeless animals that come through our doors every year. We look forward to seeing you there!

Register as an individual participant 

Your $25 registration fee includes registration for your choice of the 5K route or 1 mile route, event t-shirt and admission to the post-run social hour and activities.

Register as a couple or family 

Couples can register for $40 per couple and families can register for $20 per adult and $15 per child. Registration fees include your choice of a timed 5K route or 1 mile route, event t-shirts for each participant, and admission to the post-run activities.

Not able to attend but still want to contribute?

Register as a cat-napper for $20 and receive an event t-shirt!

Event details and schedule

Pre-registration is accepted up until Saturday, Steptember 19th at 5:00pm Central Time, participants are able to register on event day but we may not have your t-shirt size in stock. If this is the case, we will be happy to order a t-shirt for you and contact you when it is ready for pick-up.

Event Day

Check in begins at 8:30 am

5K Race begins at 10:00 am

1 mile run/walk will begin shortly after the 5K

Activities for the whole family throughout the morning, special activities for children to participate in during the race as they wait for family members who are running to complete course

Directions to Lacey Complex:

From Highway 92 West or East: Continue into Oskaloosa to North L Street. From North L Street, continue to Pella Ave. Take slight right turn on North Green. Turn Left on 238th St.

From Highway 163: Exit onto Highway 92 and continue into Oskaloosa to North L street. Turn North on North L, continue to Pella Ave. Take slight right turn on North Green. Turn Left on 238th St.

From Highway 63 North or South: Go west on Highway 92 (avenue A). Turn North on North L, continue to Pella Ave. Take slight right turn on North Green. Turn Left on 238th St.

From Highway 23: Turn left onto Highway 92. Continue into Oskaloosa to North L Street. Turn North on North L, continue to Pella Ave. Take slight right turn on North Green. Turn Left on 238th St.
