Rock the Rail: 5K Run, Walk & Roll...

• 1 Mile Walk :- Run 1 Mile

On October 8, 2016, AHS will host our first 5K on the Montour Trail at Cecil Park. All are welcome - runners, walkers and wheelchairers.  

Schedule of Events

• 7:30 am - Registration Opens

• 8:45 am - Welcome Remarks & Rules

• 9:00 am - 5K Run & Walk Begins

• 9:10 am - 1 Mile Walk & Roll Begins

• 10:00 am - Snacks & Entertainment

• 10:30 am - Winners & Awards

All participants who register by September 17 will receive a t-shirt and goodie bag.  Those registering after that date will recieve shirts on a first come, first serve basis.

Early bird race prices are $25 for adults and $5 for consumers and children 12 and under.  All proceeds will benefit Arc Human Services programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental illness.
