802GO! 5K- Promoting healthy fun in our community.

Walkers and runners of all abilities and ages are invited to participate in our annual 5K.  In addition to the popular walk with a doc option, this year we are adding a kids fun run at 9:30 am (prior to the race), as well as children's activities.  Proceeds benefit Rutland Regional Medical Center's In-Home Asthma Program which helps health care professionals work with patients to achieve healthy lifestyle habits by providing education, supplies,and supports to high-risk pediatric and adult asthma patients.  Your support will make a difference!

Event details and schedule

Enjoy the views and have fun on this 3.2 mile course which ends with a mild incline up to the Hospital finish line and then a welcoming post-race reception and awards ceremony, including awards for overall finishers and age groups. Registration fees are $25 until 10/2/15 and $30 for day of event registration.  The first 100 registrants will receive a free technical wicking shirt.  Particpants 16 and under are $10 (with no t-shirt).  Registration for the kids fun run will be avaialble the day of the race, so please arrive early to complete check in.      

 Packet pick up will be held Friday Sept 30th from 3-7pm in the food court at RRMC, as well as the morning of the race starting at 8am.
