To benefit Athletics and Activities at Horizon High School

The Hawk Hustle is a community run and walk to support student athletes and participants in co-curricular activities at Horizon High School, Thornton. Come out and support your local high school and enjoy the exercise, competition, and fun!

DATE AND LOCATION

Sunday October 2, at 9:00 a.m. Horizon High School, 5321 E. 136^th Ave, just west of Holly Street, Thornton.

COURSE

The 5K coarse will start and finish on the south side of Horizon High School, cross Holly Street, and follow the Horizon Tributary Trail past picturesque ponds and wetlands, and through adjoining neighborhoods.

POST-RACE

Top overall Male and Female and Top overall male and female in the following categories/age groups:  Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior, 19 & under, 20 – 29,  30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 – 59, 60+. There will also be a special Award for Fastest Faculty Member. Refreshments and prizes will be provided after the race.

REGISTRATION FEE

$25 for adults, $15 for kids 18 or under or seniors 60+. Adams 12 employee’s $20. Registration will be $35 at the event. Please make checks payable to Horizon High School/Hawk Hustle.
