The Village of Bal Harbour 5k is proud to donate 100% of its proceeds to benefit the Mount Sinai Comprehensive Cancer Center.
The Mount Sinai Comprehensive Cancer Center is a nationally recognized, award-winning facility that utilizes a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to diagnosing and treating cancer. Mount Sinai provides quality care, leading innovation and personalized treatment plans for each patient to treat a broad range of cancers, and its patient-centered focus ensures access to convenient, timely appointments, clinical trials and a host of support services all aimed at helping patients heal. Sunday, October 16, 2016 - 7 a.m.
The race will begin at 655 96th Street and head east on 96th Street to Harding Avenue. The race will then head north under the Haulover Bridge, south on the beach pathway and south along the Town of Surfside. the race then proceeds west on 96th Street, returning to the Bal Harbour City Hall.
Runners are advised to arrive early. Parking will be available in the Bal Harbour Shops as of 6 a.m.
Medals will be presented to all participants with 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers bering identified in each category. All runners will receive complementary T-shirts as well as food & refreshments.
