• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

The Tom Schlegel 5K Memorial Run is organized by volunteer teachers and students from Neuqua Valley High School.  Proceeds from the event go toward the Neuqua Valley Physical Education Department toward purchase in developing student fitness and the Tom Schlegel Memorial Fund.  This fund awards annual grants to Neuqua Valley High School Seniors who are looking to pursue careers in fields relating to physical fitness.  

Event details and schedule

The race day schedule for the TS5K is as follows:

All race packets can be picked up the morning of the race from 6:30 a.m. till 7:45 a.m. in the School's Auditorium lobby.

Packets will not be given or mailed out before the day of the race.  Both online registrants and "day of" registrants must pick up their race packet the morning of the race.

The Auditorium lobby is located on the North side of the High School closest to the 95th Street entrance to the school property.

6:30 am - Packet pick up opens in the Auditorium Lobby

7:30 am - Kids "willie on the run" one mile fun run participants line up

7:45 am - Last call for registrations.

7:45 am - Willie on the Run race starts (one mile kids run)

8:00 am - Race begins on the Northeast side of the Main Campus.

Awards Ceremony and Raffle will begin after the last participant finishes in the Auxiliary Gym.
