We are happy to present our 4th Fall into Fitness Health & Wellness Expo taking place Saturday, October 22nd at the Mission Sports Complex in Mission, TX from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 AM. As the CEO, owner, head personal trainer, nutritionist, and bodybuilding coach of Fit Science LLC, it is my continued privilege to advocate to others the benefits of making healthy changes to their lifestyle. As a health and wellness specialist and professional working in our community, I have seen firsthand how an unhealthy lifestyle can affect all people in a family not just one person. Due to these reasons, I have decided to continue to host a health and wellness expo to showcase the different ways people can incorporate fitness into their lives. Fall into Fitness Health & Wellness Expo will be half day family event and will highlight the importance of a healthy lifestyle through live fitness demonstrations and educational workshops on various health topics led by local businesses and non-profit groups. This year we will include our 4th Fun run 5k and a 1k run for children. The Expo will also include a Zumba warm up as well as a fun kid’s jungle gym fitness zone! This is an excellent opportunity for you to represent and advertise your business as we will be promoting to the local community through various media outlets.
