Camp Quality's 4th Annual Hero for a Day 5k...

• 1 mile:- Run 1 Mile

Bueche's Food World of Flushing is hosting the 4th Annual Camp Quality's Hero for a Day 5k run/walk! We are celebrating the hero inside everyone while supporting the local charity Camp Quality. The race course starts on the Riverview Trail, does a lap in the beautiful Flushing County Park, and finishes at the starting location next to Bueche's. The entire path is paved and stroller/wheelchair friendly.

The 5k run will start at 9:00 am.

The 5k walk will start at 9:02 am.

The 1 mile non-competitive run (for ages 14 years and under) will start at 9:30 am.

The 1/2 mile non-competitive run (for ages 9 years and under) will start at 9:32 am.

Awards to overall male and female winners and to the top 3 females and males in each age group. Awards also to the best dressed individual and group superheroes! All kids participating in the non-competitive fun runs will receive a finishing medal.

Shirts will be subject to availability after early registration ends on September 1st.
