The 5th Annual Ben Byrns 5K Runway Rally, presented by NACDAC, will be held on the taxiways and runways of the Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport on Saturday, October 22nd, 2016, beginning at 9 a.m.
The Ben Byrns Foundation created this unique race, held entirely on the taxiways and runways of the Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport, with the goal to raise funds to help prevent drug and alcohol abuse among our youth. Nassau Alcohol Crime Drug Abatement Coalition (NACDAC) seeks to educate, communicate, and be a leader in community collaboration in an effort to eliminate drug, tobacco, and alcohol use among our youth/young adults. NACDAC has accepted the responsibility of coordinating and continuing this event to further the vision and goal of the Ben Byrns Foundation.
