Race Description
A flat and fast 3.10 mile course in Historic Downtown Sanford along the gorgeous Lake Monroe waterfront. Individuals are encouraged to run or walk this chip-timed 5k benefiting Kids House where they focus on child abuse prevention and intervention.
This evening run/walk starts at 4:30pm with a Kid's fun run and the chip-timed 5k starts at 5:00pm. You will receive a race bib with Timing Chip
NEW THIS YEAR - VIRTUAL RACES!
As a Virtual Runner, you run 3.10 miles on your own time and email us your time. We will mail your shirt and medal to you. OR, Choose the "Without Shirt" Category for a lesser price and still receive a medal! This is a great way to support Kids House if you are not available the evening of October 22, 2016.

Since 1999, Kids House has been a safe and caring place where child victims of abuse can find compassionate care and healing. Last year alone, Kids House helped nearly 2,000 children.
