Hempfield Rec 5K Glow Run & Kids' Fun Run is a family-friendly evening event for all ages! Wear your costume and come glow with us!

Proceeds benefit the non-profit Hempfield Rec Center and Hempfield High School Boy's and Girl's Cross Country Teams. 

Event details and schedule

Registration:

• Start time:  Kids' Run, 7p.m.; 5K, 7:30 p.m.
• Early Registration ends Oct. 7--shirts included until this date!
• Late registration Oct. 8-18--NO SHIRT
• All runners receive "Glow" necklaces/wristbands.  
• Packet pick up is 10/22, 6-7:15 pm at Georgelis Law Firm Stadium at Hempfield High School.

Awards:  

• Overall Male/Female (1st-3rd)-CASH PRIZES
• Age Group Winners (Awards)  
• Overall Male/Female in Costume to finish (Awards)  
• Overall Boy/Girl in Costume to finish (Awards)
• Kids' Run Costume Award
