Running a 5K is within reach! A fitness professional will coach you through 45-minute sessions twice per week with a running program designed to gradually and safely progress you from day one to the finish. This 8 week program will include group outdoor conditioning (weather permitting), a plan for individual training on alternative days, and group educational sessions all with the goal of completing a local Charlottesville 5K!
