Haunted Chase Race...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

The Haunted Chase Race will be the City of Green Bay Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Department’s first ever annual 5K run. This fun run is intended for anyone who desires to participate in a unique and unconventional 5K experience with unexpected thrills and frights along the route.

All ages are welcome – we will offer a “less scary” family run at 6:00pm, which will then be followed by another wave at 6:30 meant for those who would like more of a fear factor.

Come dressed in costume if you please and there will be a costume contest at the end of the race! We will have both individual and team costume contest winners.

The race will begin at Bay Beach Amusement Park and follow through trails at the Wildlife Sanctuary and then finish back at Bay Beach.

Do you love dressing up for Halloween?  Do you love to run?  You’re in luck!  The Chase Race is looking for creative and energetic people to play the role of CHASERS during the 1^st Annual Chase Race.  CHASERS will the play the role of actors and be involved in scaring and chasing our race participants along the route.  Come dressed up in your best zombie/ghost/scary runner costume including makeup!  As a chaser, you will receive all the same benefits as a racer with your $15 registration fee. We need all chasers confirmed by September 31^st, but we will limit it to the first 30 to sign up.
