8th ANNUAL OCHS BAND ON THE RUN 5K RUN/WALK...

• 5K Run / Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles

Come support the Oconee County Marching Band at the 8th ANNUAL BAND ON THE RUN 5K Run/Walk to be held at Oconee Veterans Park in Watkinsville, GA.  Proceeds from the race will benefit the Oconee County High School Warrior Marching Band.

Event details and schedule

Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup: Begins at 10AM

5K: Starts at 11AM

Awards:

Awards will be presented to Overall M/F, Masters M/F, and top three M/F in age groups beginning 10 and under through 75 and over.

Timing and Results:

Finish line management and results provided by Classic Race Services with complete results posted online at www.classicraceservices.com, www.active.c0m, www.athlinks.com, www.runningintheusa.com, and www.coolrunning.com.

Shirts and Goodies:

Shirts are guaranteed to those who register by 10/13/16.  Registrations after that date and on race day are not guaranteed a shirt or size.  There will be plenty of refreshments.

Series Affiliation:

The race is part of the 2016 Black Bag Race Series and the Run and See Georgia Grand Prix.

Other Info: In case of rain, the races will go on.  Delay of the start may happen in case of severe weather in the area at race time.  If severe weather continues, then the race director or local authorities may make the call to cancel the race at that time.  Sorry, no refunds.
