Footsteps for Fertility 5K SA...

Footsteps for Ferility Foundation is a charitable organization created to raise awareness surrounding infertility, and provide grants for those who require fertility treatments such as: in vitro fertilization, frozen embryo transfer, and intrauterine insemination through donations and strategic partnerships with fertility clinics.

These San Antonio SART recognized Fertility clinic/centers have donated their services for a basic cycle of IVF, in kind, to the Footsteps for Fertility Foundation, to be awarded at the 5K race as Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Grants:

• Fertility Institute of Texas
• Institute for Woman’s Health, Advanced Fertility Center
• Texas Fertility Center
• Fertility Center of San Antonio
• UT Medicine Fertility Center
• Reproductive Medicine Associates of San Antonio

• In addition, all monies raised at the San Antonio race will be awarded as monetary Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Grants
  

The random selection process for the grants will take place directly following the 5k race. Each registrant will receive one complimentary ticket with their registration that may be entered for random selection to be awarded a Footsteps Grant for themselves, or for someone they know who requires fertility treatments. All registration monies and donations will directly benefit couples that require fertility treatments who participate in this race.

Please note that anyone who will be applying to receive a Footsteps for Fertility Grant must fill out the online Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Grant application prior to packet pick up. (This does not apply to supporters, just couples requiring infertility treatment). The application can be found on our website under the grants tab.

Event details and schedule

The 3rd Footsteps for Fertility Foundation San Antonio 5 kilometer race will be held at Eisenhower Park in San Antonio, Texas on October 28th 2016 from 6pm to 8pm. The drawing for Footsteps for Fertility Grants will take place after the race. All runners, walkers, sleep-ins, children, babies and other supporters are welcome to the festivities! Dogs ARE allowed on the trail!

Tshirt and ticket pick up will be at Eisenhower Park prior to the race. Come early!

$35 Early registration will end on 10/15/2016 at 11:59pm
