• Badger 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

Badger 5K is a race organized by Alpha Kappa Psi, otherwise known as "AKPsi." AKPsi is a business fraternity at UW-Madison that focuses on three central pillars: professionalism, brotherhood, and community service. As part of our community service we organize one large philanthropy event per semester, and this semester it is the Badger 5K!

This year all of the proceeds are going to an organization called Camp Kesem. Camp Kesem is an organization at UW-Madison run by all student leaders. They create a week of free summer camp for kids who's parents have or have had cancer. The week is focused on fun and completely free for all campers. The student leaders do all the fundraising and planning throughout the school year.

The Badger 5K will be held on October 2nd this fall. It is going to take place on campus, along the Lakeshore path. All participants will receive a t-shirt for participating in the race.
