Celebrate Better Health 5K...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

Join McLeod Health & Fitness Center as we celebrate National Family Health and Fitness Day.  Our certified 5k course take you through the beautiful City of Florence Rail Trail Park.  The course is mostly flat and fast.  Most of the course is asphalt with a few trails to make it interesting.

Another nice feaure of our event is that showers and towels are included as part of our amenities.   We hope to see you on September 23 at 6pm.  Call Cameron Faile at 843-777-3093 for more information.

Number / Tshirt pickup and last chance registration - Thursday, September 22nd 4pm - 7pm inside the Mcleod Health & Fitness Center lobby.  Race Day registration will begin at 4:00pm and end at 5:45pm.
