The 4th annual Charis Challenge 5k and 1 mile run takes place at Charlie Daniels park in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.  All proceeds benefit patients at the Charis Health Clinic in Mt. Juliet, TN and at our Gladeville, TN location. 

The Charis Health Center operates as a primary care doctor’s office providing service to the medically uninsured in and around the Wilson County, TN area.  With support from the community, we are able to limit the cost to our patients.  We currently charge $25 for a visit.  For more information on becoming a patient, please visit our website or call our main clinic number listed below.
