9th Annual Race For Ian...

• 1 Mile Run:- Run 1 Mile
• 5K Run / Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles

This event helps raise funds and awareness for those dealing with bleeding disorders like Hemophilia. Ian is a severe hemophiliac. His factor 8 clotting agent is non-existant. He takes injections into his port every other day. To date he has recieved 1,900 injections into his body to help with bruising, joint bleeds and everyday life. He is 9 years old and is all BOY! This disorder affects a small percentage of our populaiton and thus, does not recieve all the hype as other conditions bring when many are affected. Every bit helps! 8:00am - Packet pickup and late registration

8:55am - Last minute intructions at the starting line

9:00am - 5K race begins

9:05am - Mile fun run/walk begins

The road is managed by the Jonesborough Police Department. They will close down the parking lot 5 minutes before race start.
