Join us for our 1^st Annual Run FUR Fun 5K and One Mile Fun Run at The Landing in beautiful downtown Jacksonville, Florida.  All 5K participants will receive a custom medal, performance tee, and some other awesome swag.

All proceeds will benefit Friends of Jacksonville Animals (FOJA), an all-volunteer 501(c)3 non-profit.  FOJA was founded in 2008 and is dedicated to the well-being of homeless animals received by Animal Care and Protective Services.

In addition to working to promote pet adoptions and the need for temporary foster homes, FOJA’s funds support the following: 

• purchase major medicine used to treat heartworms,
• pay local specialty vets for surgeries and diagnostic testing,
• purchase specialty and on-going medicine,
• purchase major and minor medical equipment; and 
• provide enrichment and foster care supplies.
