Come Red White and Blue in the Park!! Wear your patriotic colors, support the troops and support the parks!! The annual Gwinnett Parks Foundation 5K Road Race and Fun Run will take place in scenic Harbins Park.  This beautiful park boasts over 1900 acres and includes a lake, biking trails, pavilions and playgrounds. This is an ideal place for a November run. Participants pre-registered by 11/1/2016 will receive a dry-fit type long sleeve shirt. Additional shirts available for late registrants and for purchase while supplies last. Proceeds from this event enable the Gwinnett Parks Foundation to continue to provide scholarships and other support to the Gwinnett County Parks and Recreation Department and the award winning park system. Scholarships provide opportunities for participation in parks programming. In addition, please feel free to bring new unopened toiletry items to be donated to our troops. We are very excited to have the race at this park!  Look forward to seeing you there.

Schedule of Events:  8:00am – Registration

                             9:00am – Race

                             Fun Run following conclusion of  5K race

Race Registration Fee: $25 (pre-registered by 11/10) or $30 (walk-up registration)

Children in strollers are welcome to participate in the fun run.
