Bill will be available to talk and run with and he will have copies of his book 'Marathon Man' available for purchase and signing.If you are a running fanatic this is the chance of a lifetime!!!

Team Daniel Running for Recovery from Mental Illness supports people with mental illness and encourages them to exrcise and socialize. We support many organizations that work to reduce the stigma of living with mental illness, treat people living with mental illness and do research into treatments and cures. We advocate for integration of medical and psychiatric care, and for optimal clozapine use for those living with both schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Please join us in supporting all those living their best life with mental illness and those striving to get there!!

Team Daniel Running for Recovery from Mental Illness 5K will take place Sunday Nov 13th, 2016 with same day registration ($30...so sign up now and save!!!) and packet pick-up from 8-9AM at Hempstead (Bar) Beach with the 5K starting at 9AM. Awards and amazing raffle to follow!!

The course is flat so it's great if you want a starter 5K or an amazingly fast time!
