The Well Run Race - Chris Dove Memorial 5K & Kids Fun Run...

The Well Run Race on November 12th, 2016 will feature a 5K Run/Walk and Kids’ Fun Run all in the beautiful town of Warrenton, VA. The 5K is a point-to-point race while the Kids’ Fun Run will take place at Rady Park, where the 5K will end. 

Come join us November 12th 2016 for a fun event with a great course, excellent prizes, and amazing finish line party!

Pre-Race Packet Pick-up will be held on Friday, Nov. 11th from 4pm-7pm, Location to be determined. If you are unable to pickup your packet on Friday, you can pick it up at the race beginning at 8am.

All runners are encouraged to park at the starting line at Fauquier High School.  Return Shuttles will be provided in addition to a one mile easy walking route that runs from Rady to Fauquier High School.  For those who want to come to Rady Park to support family or participate in the Kids Race, we are asking that folks park along Timber Fence Parkway and walk down into the park.

Chris Dove, life-long resident of Warrenton, was an avid runner and active member of the community until his "race" on earth was finished in September of 2005. Our hope is that The Well Run Race will not only honor the memory of Chris, but carry forth his spirit and desire to empower the people of his community to live their lives fully, and run their personal "races" well!
