Come run at the site of the first place in America that horses were ever run counter-clockwise.  At the William Whitley House State Historic Site and Sportmans Hill, horses were ordered to run counter-clockwise in protest to the custom in England of running clockwise.  The BrickHouse Betweenathon is a unique race distance in a unique place.  The Betweenathon is 19.65 miles, which is the half way point between the half marathon and full marathon, thus Betweenathon.  We also offer a half marathon and a 10K for those who are not interested in the 19,65 mile distance. to the
