- Free and open to the community
- Customized 5k Training Plan
- Two weekly group training sessions (Wednesday and Sunday evening)
- Three scheduled runs/walks per week
- ALL levels welcome

Informational kick-off night Monday, Sept. 19 at 6 PM at FRESH by Brookshire's on the patio. 

First Group Run - 6/28 at Racquet and Jog - 6 PM
