Glow Out the Dark 5K...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

JOIN us for the 1st Annual Glow Out the Dark 5k to support a great cause! The course is specifically designed to provide fun for the most novice of runners while serving the serious runner that wants a challenging 5K IN THE DARK. We will offer chip timing to ensure accuracy for all runners.  The best part is the event directly supports the SAFFT organization who has a mission to support foster children, their familes in crisis, and the amazing caregivers in your community who care for orphans every day. 

Event details and schedule

| COURSE |  The course runs through downtown Gainesville from SAFFT on Prior Street, behind the Holiday Inn and over the beautiful pedestrian bridge, finishing at the Brenau University Amphitheatre. Event will be chip-timed to ensure accuracy.

| WHAT’S INCLUDED | All runners receive a high-quality runner’s t-shirt and a runner’s swag bag.

| PRICING | 

ADULTS: $25.00 until 10/28/16 (early bird rate); $30.00 until 11/11/16 then increases to $35.00

10 & Under $15.00 until 11/11/16 then increases to $20.00 

| RACE DAY REGISTRATION | You may register on race day at SAFFT, 430 Prior Street, SE, Gainesville, GA 30501 at 3:30pm.

| PACKET PICKUP | All runners can pick up their race packet 1 hour prior to the race time. All t-shirts will be provided after the race. Wear your neon, white, or brightest shirt to GLOW OUT THE DARK!

| PARKING | Parking available at parking garage off Broad Street.

| ABOUT THE CAUSE | SAFFT is a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to protecting children, rebuilding families, and empowering caregivers. We serve hundreds of foster children, their families, adoptive families, victims of domestic violence, and the amazing caregivers (foster or adoptive parents) in our community. Every dollar you contribute to run will help support our children and families in crisis.
