Night Crawler...

• 10K Run:- Run 6.2 Miles
• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles
• 1 Mile Run / Walk:- Run 1 Mile

This is a 5k and 10k trail run smack dab in the heart of Rochester. The twist for this run is that it will be hosted at night. The course will include off road trails, paved bike trails and wooded hiking trails. We encourage all runners to wear head lamps. The run will be held in the fall when there will be no leaves and brush which will create a scene of fireflies bobbing around the fields and forest of Essex Park. 

We encourage serious runners as well as those just out for fun. Bring your kids, bring your dogs, bring your headphones. Our goal is to close out the the competitive running season with a fun run for everyone! 

At the finish line there will bon-fires, s'mores, micro brews, awards and more! All PRE-REGISTERED runners before Oct 1st will receive a T-shirt, a free drink ticket (craft beer or pop) and ALL runners will receive free s'mores. 

Event details and schedule

There will be on-site registration but you are not guaranteed  a T-shirt unless you have registered before October 1st. There will be parking in the park, when the main parking lot fills up there will parking in the field. The race will start right at 7.30pm so be early and on time. 

Make sure to wear a headlamp and bring a hoodie or something warm to wear after the run.
