• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

This is a family friendly event to benefit shelters and rescues in eastern North Carolina.

Event Fees

Competitive 5k Runner: $25.00 thru 09/30/2016, $30.00 thru 10/12/2016.
Competitive 5k Runner with Dog: $25.00 thru 09/30/2016, $30.00 thru 10/12/2016.
Recreational 5k Runner/Walker (with or without Dog): $25.00 thru 09/30/2016, $30.00 thru 10/12/2016.
Recreational 1.2 Mile Runner/Walker (with or without Dog): $25.00 thru 09/30/2016, $30.00 thru 10/12/2016.
Couch Critter - I'm just giving and cheering you on from the couch: $25.00 thru 09/30/2016, $30.00 thru 10/12/2016.

Awards

Competitive events will be issued chips, receive times and be eligible for prizes.
Prizes for the Competitive 5K without dogs will be awarded to the runners and prizes for the Competitive 5K with dogs will be awarded to the dogs.
Top 3 Overall Male and Female for both competitive races.
First Place Only Male and Female for both competitive races in the following age categories: 18 & under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & above.
