SSCAC's 2nd Annual 5K Pumpkin Run

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

 - Come get your heart pump-kin and help SSCAC celebrate more than 50 years of fighting poverty and creating opportunities on the South Shore!

RACE SCHEDULE 
SATURDAY - OCTOBER 22, 2016 - RAIN OR SHINE 

8:00 AM - Check in/Race Day Registration * 
9:00 AM - Race Start 
10:00 AM - Awards Presentation 

* Race day registration is $30 for adults and $20 for youth. 

FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY 

* Meet Gobbles, the mascot for the Plymouth Pilgrims baseball team! 
* Story-time, crafts, and face-painting! 
* Touch-a-bus and Touch-a-Train with the America's Hometown Express Thanksgiving Parade locamotive! 
* Then head across the street to the Plymouth County Farm for pumpkins, mums, and the petting zoo! 

 

Our 3.1 mile race route is picturesque, yet challenging! 

For competitive runners, the race will be chip-timed by RaceWire to ensure your exact time, finish, and pace. Walkers and strollers are welcome too! 

* Start just outside of SSCAC's main office at 71 Obery Street 
* Head down Obery Street towards Atlantic Ocean 
* Turn right onto Sandwich St. 
* Turn around just before Bramhall’s Country Store
* Run back down Sandwich Street 
* Turn left onto Obery Street 
* Finish at SSCAC

The race will start/end at SSCAC's office building located at 71 Obery Street in Plymouth (exit 5 off route 3).

Public parking is available across the street from SSCAC at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds.
